Move In/Out

A comprehensive detailing service for empty or mostly empty homes. This service covers all major interior surfaces with added attention to cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances for a fully refreshed start.

Interior windows, shelving, and all accessible surfaces are thoroughly cleaned throughout the home to prepare the space for move‑in, listing photography, property management turnover, or final walkthroughs. Walls are spot‑cleaned as needed; full wall washing and ceilings are not included.

Move In / Move Out Detailing Price Guide

Tier One - $650

1–2 Bedrooms + Up to 2 Bathrooms

Tier Two - $750

3 Bedrooms + Up to 2.5 Bathrooms

Tier Three - $850

4 Bedrooms + Up to 3.5 Bathrooms

Tier Four - $950

Homes larger than Tier 4 will require a custom estimate.

Important Policies

Layout-Based Pricing

Flat-rate pricing is based on the full property layout rather than room usage. Requests to exclude individual bedrooms, floors, or sections of the home do not reduce pricing, as kitchens, living areas, hallways, and shared spaces account for the majority of restoration labor.

Standard Condition Requirements

Applies to fully emptied properties with standard dust, light grime, and minor moving debris. This is strictly a cleaning and detailing service — junk removal, trash hauling, and furniture removal are not included.

Before arrival:

  • Personal belongings must be removed
  • Cabinets, drawers, and closets must be emptied
  • Large trash piles and household debris must be cleared


Safety Boundaries

Not designed for severe biological neglect, excessive trash, pest infestations, animal waste, or hoarding conditions. Properties exceeding standard conditions may require price adjustments, rescheduling, or service refusal for safety reasons.

Garages & Non-Living Areas

Standard pricing applies only to indoor, climate‑controlled living spaces. For move‑out services only, attached garages and unfinished basements receive basic broom sweeping and perimeter cobweb removal. Detached garages, attics, exterior patios, and heavy debris removal are excluded.
